Responsibilities

  • Process driving assessment records for all new drivers.
  • Monitor unauthorised vehicle use and manage cases from start to finish.
  • Investigate drivers against compliance requirements.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure drivers remain compliant.
  • Handle driver care calls and complaints.
  • Manage Notices of Intended Prosecution for speeding offences.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports, maintaining data accuracy.

Job Title: Compliance Administrator – Driver Risk Team Location: Dunstable, Bedfordshire Hours: 9am – 5pm Overview We are seeking a Compliance Administrator to join the Driver Risk team. This role is responsible for ensuring drivers and vehicle use remain compliant with company policies and legal requirements, handling related administrative processes, and providing support across the driver management lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process driving assessment records for all new drivers.
  • Monitor unauthorised use of vehicles and manage cases from start to finish.
  • Investigate drivers against compliance requirements across work streams.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure drivers remain compliant (e.g., driving licences, vehicle use, assessments).
  • Handle driver care calls and complaints from initial contact through resolution.
  • Manage and process Notices of Intended Prosecution (NIPs) from police for speeding offences.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports, maintaining data accuracy in Excel and other systems.
