Shift patterns: 3 Week Rotational Shift Pattern. Week 1 & 2 Mon - Fri. Week 3 Tue - Sat. (06:00am start time - flexibility required)

Join our dedicated team in Avonmouth as a Driver Development Officer on the Argos contract-where you'll combine your professional driving expertise with coaching and developing others to help our operation deliver excellence every day.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
  • Spending time on the road (around 60%), completing delivery routes while assessing and supporting driver performance.
  • Delivering in cab coaching and conducting practical assessments to ensure safe and efficient driving standards.
  • Working in the office to complete training sessions, review performance data, and support new drivers through the onboarding process.
