A global logistics leader in the UK is looking for a Driver Development Officer to blend professional driving with coaching. In this role, you'll evaluate driver performance while delivering coaching sessions. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a passion for developing others. This role is located in Avonmouth and follows a 3-week rotational shift pattern.

Shift patterns: 3 Week Rotational Shift Pattern. Week 1 & 2 Mon - Fri. Week 3 Tue - Sat. (06:00am start time - flexibility required)
