Qualifications

• Must hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (C), Driver CPC Qualification, and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous experience of multi drop delivery is desirable but not essential.
• Experience working in a night shift role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Multi drop delivery of car parts to dealerships across North West England.
• Manual handling of rolling cages and use of manual pallet truck.
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner, complying with regulations.

Pay Rate: £42, 726.20
Grade: RCS P
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 50 hours Monday - Friday 23:00 start
Location: Skelmersdale, WN8 8DY

We're now looking for a Class 2 HGV Driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Multi drop delivery of car parts to dealerships across North West England
• Manual handling of rolling cages and use of manual pallet truck, as well as loading and unloading of trailer
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• You will hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous experience of multi drop delivery is desirable but not essential
• Experience working in a night shift role previously is advantageous
• Ideally will have 12 months recent Class 2 Driving experience
