Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a confident and approachable communicator for a customer service role located near Birmingham. Responsibilities include handling calls for vehicle service and maintenance, assisting customers in breakdown scenarios, and scheduling services. Ideal candidates should have customer service experience, strong admin skills, and proficiency in PC software. This is a temporary ongoing position with a pay rate of £12.50 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Ideally has experience in a contact centre or service environment.
  • Motor industry experience is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from customers arranging service, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Assist customers who have broken down and organise recovery
  • Book services with suppliers and arrange courtesy or rental vehicles.
  • Schedule additional services as needed.
  • Keep customers updated and escalate concerns when necessary.
