A public sector organization is looking for a Driver Awareness Team Clerk to manage public and police inquiries regarding Driver Awareness Course provisions. The role includes administrative support and compliance with various processes. Candidates should have a minimum of QCF Level 2 in English and Mathematics or relevant work experience. This is a temporary, hybrid position based in Netley, and ideal for someone with strong communication and computer skills.

Contract: Temporary (For 12 months)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Closing Date: Sunday 21st December 2025 at 23:59 hours
To be first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries from the public and Police Forces regarding Driver Awareness Course provision across Hampshire and Isle of Wight. Knowledge of UKROEd/NDORS and associated course delivery systems is desirable.

Educated to QCF Level 2 at least 2 passes to include English and Mathematics OR work experience deemed to have brought the postholder to a comparable level.
Or Apprenticeship Route: Applicants need no qualifications to be accepted onto the Apprenticeship Programme. English and Maths at QCF Level 2 is a requirement of apprenticeship completion, those who don’t already have this will be supported to achieve the required standard as part of the apprenticeship programme.
Good communication skills.
To be computer/keyboard literate and a competent keyboard user.
