About our company

Purpose of the role

To pick up and drop off various fabrics, carts, cages from one site to other sites and customers.

Day to day

To adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirements.

• Ability and licensed to drive up to a 7.5-ton wagon
• Ensuring wagon is always loaded safely and securely.
• Organising delivery routes to the goods.
• Using GPS navigation apps and knowledge of the area to deliver packages to customers on time.
• Unloading packages at the destination and getting clients to sign the necessary paperwork.
• Ensure that Tacho is used and downloaded at least once per month.
• Collecting stock or goods from a collection point ensuring all customer orders are complete.
• Planning the shortest and best routes to clients by taking factors like roadblocks and traffic into consideration.
• Supporting and participating in stock take and inventory processes.
• Provide backup cover for periods of absence in the Camira Warehouse.
