Job summary

A community support organization in England is seeking an experienced Domestic Abuse Officer to join their Tenancy Sustainment Team. Qualifications

• Experience in the housing or domestic abuse sector.
• Ability to manage caseloads effectively.
• Experience with crisis management and risk minimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload, providing housing-related advice to victims.
• Complete risk assessments and follow referral pathways.
• Build multi-agency relationships and represent at MARAC.
• Advise on rehousing options and support applications.
• Document all assessments and interventions accurately.
• Identify safeguarding concerns and participate in meetings.
