Job summary

A leading infrastructure company is seeking a Document Controller to support the Net Zero Teesside project in the UK. This role will focus on managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with quality control procedures, and working collaboratively with multi-discipline teams. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in construction document management and strong organisational skills. Qualifications

  • 5 years plus experience managing Information through a CDE on Construction projects.
  • Knowledge and experience of working to UK international standards for Document Control.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Be an effective user of the project document management system.
  • Monitor the integration of all project documentation.
  • Carry out intermittent audits and produce reports on findings.

Skills

5+ years experience managing Information through CDE
Knowledge of Electronic document control systems
Excellent organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Competent user of computer systems (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Ability to work to tight deadlines

Education

Any form of document management or ISO 9001 Certification
