Qualifications

  • Participate in Crisis Response and Quality Management.

Overview

Part time Insurance Doctor (French Speaking) – 24 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) Hybrid - £110 per Hour – Rolling contract

Working for one of the world’s largest insurance companies, my client are seeking a French speaking Private/NHS practicing Doctor on a part time basis to join their first response team. With the opportunity to work on a remote working model with very occasional travel to either London or Brighton office.

Responsibilities
  • Dealing with telephone queries relating to post incident scenarios, treatment and potential fatalities.
  • Perform Daily Doctor on Duty responsibilities including approval of medical evacuations, monitoring cases by telephone contact with treating medical providers, recommend and review travel requirements, thorough case documentation, review claims related cases.
  • Participate in Crisis Response
  • Quality Management
  • Participate in departmental performance improvement initiatives and comply with current KPI’s
  • Liaise with the end customers as well as medical professionals
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and French both written and verbal
  • Must be double vaccinated
  • No outstanding GMC notices or investigations
  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience within emergency medicine, ICU or anesthesiology
  • Ability to prioritise workload (Projects and Incoming work)
  • Ability to comprehend correspondence
