• Able to independently manage a busy caseload from day one

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• A collaborative and proactive team player with a desire to make a real difference

What you’ll be doing

• Handling your own caseload of divorce and financial remedy cases, often involving HNW clients and complex assets
• Building and managing client and referrer relationships, delivering exceptional levels of service
• Working closely with the Head of Department and senior colleagues to help shape the direction of the team
• Actively engaging in BD and marketing activities to support the department’s growth
• Contributing to a positive, forward-thinking culture that puts clients at the heart of everything
