A leading healthcare provider in Leatherhead seeks a Divisional Head of Nursing to lead quality governance and nursing practice. The role involves ensuring high-quality patient care, operational performance, and strategic development in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and a commitment to excellence in clinical care.
As the most senior nurse and compassionate leader in the Division, the Divisional Head of Nursing (DHoN) will carry responsibility to act as strong role model for all colleagues by demonstrating credibility, visibility and strong commitment to identifying development opportunities, celebrating success, encouraging creativity, innovation and excellence in practice. The DHoN will lead on the Trust Wide Quality, Governance and Compliance standards across the Division with responsibility for Division wide quality governance, compliance, clinical audit, research, development and quality agendas. The DHoN is primarily responsible for supporting the provision of high-quality nursing and clinical care focusing on safety, effectiveness and experience agenda.
The post holder is an integral member of the divisional senior management team and a member of the Trust senior nursing team.
