Job description

Overview

Disrepair Supervisor / Case Handler needed in Bristol. The rate is £271.57 per day PAYE. This is a temporary role. The reference number is: 5273232

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage the caseload for the disrepair surveying team responsible for responsive repairs to the stock of dwellings, buildings and land managed by Landlord Services. They will act as lead consultant providing expert witness advice and reports to a range of officers in relation to technical housing matters, including PAD applications, FOIs, SARs, EIRs, Ombudsman reports, Disrepair claims, and complaints, and Accident Litigation claims. Court attendance to act as a witness for BCC to defend disrepair claims will be required as part of the role.
