Job title: Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Location: Brighton

Salary: £55,000 - £68,000

PQE Level: 2-5 PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

An established regional firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate (2-5 PQE) to join its Brighton office. The role sits within a busy Disputes team handling a broad mix of professional negligence and commercial disputes, including banking litigation, shareholder issues, defamation, and contentious insolvency.

Responsibilities

You’ll manage your own caseload under supervision, contribute to team projects, and support junior colleagues. The team values a pragmatic, client-focused approach and encourages involvement in business development and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Candidates should have solid experience in commercial dispute resolution, confidence in client handling, drafting skills, and time‑management proficiency.
