Dispatch Warehouse Operative – Meat Factory

Location: Poole

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

Hours: 15:30 – 01:00

Contract: Temp to Perm

We are looking for a dedicated Dispatch/Warehouse Operative to join our client’s busy meat processing factory in Poole.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

Preparing goods for dispatch and ensuring correct labelling

Loading vehicles for delivery in line with schedules

Keeping the dispatch area clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards

Working closely with the production and logistics teams to meet daily targets

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch role (preferred but not essential)

Ability to work in a chilled environment

Good attention to detail and a reliable, proactive attitude

Team player with good communication skills
