Job summary

A Heating and Air Service Company in Horsham is looking for an HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate service calls, manage schedules, and provide excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have previous dispatch experience, preferably in HVAC or plumbing, and strong organizational skills. This is a full-time onsite role at multiple locations. The compensation ranges from $24.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years as a Lead Dispatcher or 3-5 years dispatching experience in the home service industry.
• HVAC and/or Plumbing industry experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in fast-paced environments.

HVAC DISPATCHER needed to start ASAP! This is a full-time position to sit onsite at all of Len the Plumber locations in Boothwyn, PA / Horsham, PA and Cherry Hill, NJ branches.

What you will be doing:
In this position, the Lead Dispatcher supports the technicians, management, and all customers. The Dispatcher/Service Coordinator will support technicians and managers through various high-level administrative and customer service tasks. The Dispatcher/Service Coordinator will always provide high-level customer service during their daily responsibilities.

• Coordinate and schedule service calls for plumbing, heating, and air technicians
• Assign jobs to appropriate field personnel based on skills, location, and availability
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding appointment times and updates
• Monitor technicians’ schedules and adjust as needed for emergencies or delays
• Maintain accurate records of calls, schedules, and job statuses in the dispatch system
• Work closely with the Service Manager to optimize daily routes and productivity
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email

What we are looking for:

• 1-2 years as a Lead Dispatcher or 3-5 years dispatching experience in the home service industry.
• HVAC and/or Plumbing industry experience is highly preferred
• Experience with Service Titan a huge plus!
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and in fast-paced environments
• Proficient with scheduling software and basic computer application
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation:

$24.00-28.00 /hr TBD

Hours:

7/8am start time Monday- Friday. Available and flexible to work weekends or night shift schedules when needed.

The Lead Dispatcher will be working onsite at all 3 locations. This is NOT a remote position.
