Job Description:

The Director, Technical Consulting Services will manage our Workday data, integrations, Prism, Reporting, Extend and AI initiatives across the EMEA region, linking into global Workday practice and Cognizant wider EPS initiatives. This person will oversee a team of expert managers and set strategic direction in conjunction with Cognizant Workday Practice leaders. Responsibilities include supporting sales activities, working with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and leads, and acting as a liaison between the Consulting team and executive management. The role involves identifying business needs, staffing projects, and monitoring work/life balance of consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Oversee projects, assist managers and team members, support RFP responses, and ensure appropriate resourcing.
  • People Development: Mentor and coach team members, analyze skills, and advise management on expertise and availability.
  • Performance Management: Set goals, collect feedback, and drive performance reviews for the team.
Experience and Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of Workday (or other ERP) Technical Consulting implementation experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
