Shape and deliver a forward-thinking People Strategy that aligns with corporate strategy, champions a people-first culture, and drives organisational performance and capability.
Lead cultural transformation and inclusion, enhancing employee experience, engagement, and wellbeing while fostering a high-performance, psychologically safe environment.
Inspire and collaborate at the highest levels, providing strategic leadership across the People function and advising the Executive and Board on complex people matters.
Senior-Level People Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing, customer-focused People functions, with strong coaching skills and the ability to develop future leaders. Operating at senior management level or above with regular interaction and influence at Executive and Board.
Change and Transformation Expertise: Extensive experience in designing and delivering people and organisational development strategies in complex, change-driven environments.
Culture and Engagement Impact: Deep understanding of organisational culture and demonstrated success in improving employee engagement, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Commercial Awareness: Strong business awareness, financial management skills, and the ability to use data and insight to build compelling business cases and influence at senior levels.
