Overview

Director of Housing and Customer Services

Location: London (Cally Yard, Kings Cross)

Salary: Circa 95K

As Director of Housing and Customer Services, you'll play a key role in shaping how we deliver on that belief across our housing portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for ensuring our housing and customer services are inclusive, responsive, and of the highest quality. You'll lead a broad remit that includes tenancy and income management, landlord and agency services, and customer experience. Your work will help ensure the customer voice is embedded in everything we do.

Responsibilities
  • Shaping and delivering a customer-first housing strategy
  • Leading tenancy, income, and landlord services with a focus on quality and compliance
  • Embedding customer voice and co-production across service design and delivery
  • Driving continuous improvement through data, insight, and feedback
  • Representing Look Ahead externally and influencing sector-wide conversations
  • Supporting a culture of learning, collaboration, and high performance
