An inclusive housing organization in London is seeking a Director of Housing and Customer Services to shape a customer-first strategy and enhance housing services. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in supported housing leadership, deep sector knowledge, and a commitment to delivering impactful services. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for ensuring our housing and customer services are inclusive, responsive, and of the highest quality. You'll lead a broad remit that includes tenancy and income management, landlord and agency services, and customer experience. Your work will help ensure the customer voice is embedded in everything we do.
We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates with a strong track record in supported housing leadership, and a deep understanding of the regulatory and operational landscape.
