Director of Engineering

Delta Mobrey Ltd is a design engineering and manufacturing company providing products to support the nuclear power, oil & gas, mining, energy and marine industries. We are recruiting for a Director of Engineering who will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities

• Propose and deploy the Engineering strategy
• Develop supporting processes and systems
• Manage Engineering teams across our 3 engineering sites (UK, Bulgaria, Malaysia)
• Develop adequate skills
• Ensure performance of the engineering department deliverables (On-Time, Quality, Cost)

As the Company achieves its growth objectives, this role will evolve.

Requirements

• Significant experience in developing a technological product
• Highly analytical and familiar with the data management challenge within the Engineering function
• Engagement and accountability from their team and lead by example
• Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and be British
