A prestigious London school is seeking an experienced Director in Residence to lead the Middle School play. This fixed-term position runs from November 2025 to February 2026, offering £30 per hour based on hours worked. The role includes directing rehearsals and overseeing a talented team. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in directing school plays and strong communication skills.

Director in Residence - Fixed Term position Nov 2025 to end Feb 2026 (4 months) - £30.00 per hour based on hours worked.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director in Residence to join our highly successful department at Latymer Upper School directing the Middle School play (years 9-11). We are seeking an experienced and inspiring visionary and self-starter, who has the ability to lead and coach a talented team of teachers and technicians, under the leadership of the Director of Drama. The Director in Residence will direct the Middle School Play rehearsals twice a week 4pm - 6pm on either a Tuesday, Thursday or Friday.
Rehearsals will take place during the following weeks beginning:
Technical Rehearsal Weekend: 9am to 5pm Saturday 21 February & Sunday 22 February
Dress Rehearsals: 4pm to 10pm Monday 23 February & Tuesday 24 February
Performances: 5pm to 10pm Wednesday 25 February & Friday 27 February
