A leading healthcare organization based in the UK is seeking a Director Finance Business Partner for HR & CEA functions. This full-time, hybrid role involves leading financial analysis, managing budgets, and providing strategic support to achieve business objectives. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, professional certification, and at least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to influence senior management and build partnerships.
Reporting to the Executive Director Enabling Functions Finance & Finance Innovation as the Director Finance Business Partner HR & CEA ( Corporate & External Affairs ) you will be a member of the Enabling Functions (EF) Finance Leadership team and you will lead the Finance Business Partnering (FBP) support for the HR and CEA functions partnering with the business in achieving their strategic goals by providing financial guidance insights and decision support on core activities and financial performance. You will also help to manage costs and find potential savings evaluate initiatives identify opportunities and helping to manage risks. You will also be the single point of contact for finance topics for the business.
This is a hybrid role which offers a combination of an onsite and remote work schedule.
Lead financial analysis insights and decision support for the HR & CEA functions on core activities and financial performance to achieve business outcomes that drive sustainable and profitable growth as well as provide guidance in evaluating initiatives identifying risks and opportunities.
Lead the HR & CEA functional operating expense annual budget and quarterly forecast processes including assessment of risks and opportunities to meet financial and business objectives.
Deliver agreed KPIs and reporting to the HR & CEA leaders by providing accurate timely and insightful financial analysis projections gaps and commentary to support decision-making.
Oversee business partner support to the HR & CEA sub-function teams including the delivery of accurate timely and insightful financial analysis and commentary to support decision-making.
Support the HR & CEA GLG leaders and their leadership teams as the trusted strategic finance business partner actively participating as part of the HRLT and CEALT building relationships with the leadership team and being the single point of contact for Finance topics.
Support the EF Finance digital transformation efforts including report standardisation and automation and data visualisation through the identification of opportunities for improvements.
Take a leading role in building collaboration across the broader EF Finance team to help drive standardisation consistency and efficiency in financial processes across the Enabling Functions team.
Lead motivate and develop team members including effective long-term talent development and succession planning mentoring assessing capabilities and training and manage performance with a focus on meeting service agreements to continuously enhance the support to Finance while role modelling CSL Values.
