A leading UK retailer is seeking a Digital Media Manager to oversee Performance Paid Social, Display, and Video marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing and performance advertising, alongside proven team leadership skills. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through effective media strategies and managing a dedicated team while ensuring a strong commitment to talent development and financial accuracy within the digital media budget.

As our Digital Media Manager, you will own the acquisition layer for our Performance Paid Social, Display & Video activity - driving revenue growth through combining both long‑term channel evolution and short‑term optimisation.
This role is a key part of our Performance Media leadership team and will lead a team of three as well as resource at our external digital agency. We’re looking for strong leadership capability, great communication and channel knowledge but above all, someone who truly values the people they lead.
