As a Product Manager, Associate within Digital Markets you will join our dynamic team supporting our Markets CRM platform. In this role, you will take ownership of the product backlog, lead sprint planning, and drive the delivery of innovative workflows and solutions that enhance client engagement and operational efficiency across the firm. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners including technology, research, sales, compliance, and data teams to ensure seamless rollout and adoption of new deliverables, while maintaining a strong focus on user retention and product KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product, with hands‑on experience in Agile and Jira, and a strong understanding of financial markets and products. You will leverage your analytical skills to interpret data, build value‑add workflows, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
