Permanent contract, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop creative designs for multi-channel projects including brochures, digital graphics, social posts, and more.
  • Work with colleagues from concept through to delivery, understanding project requirements and delivering high-quality results that align with brand standards.
  • Utilise feedback to refine ideas and produce final visuals ready for release and production.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritising deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and new technology to ensure fresh, impactful creative work.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • At least a year of experience in a graphic design role (in-house or agency).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar technical proficiencies, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate and contribute ideas in a positive manner.
  • Strong conceptual and visual design skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling graphics.
  • Organised and adaptable, with a proactive attitude and a drive to learn and grow within the role.
