Job description
Digital Property Marketing Manager - London (Hybrid)

£50,000 + bonus | Permanent | Social Impact Housing Developer

A new homes developer seeks a confident, strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join the London team and lead digital, brand and content activity.

This hybrid role (Tue-Thu in office) offers a rare opportunity to work across digital marketing, social media, brand strategy, B2B communications, and development marketing - allwhile contributing to one of London's most meaningful housing missions.

Why this role?
  • £45,000 - £50,000 salary + up to 20% discretionary bonus.
  • Agile working supported. The whole office supports working from home 2/3 days per week (please note: this role will NOT suit someone who needs specific days at home).
  • Amazing office culture: social days every quarter, DEI strategy, company days out (went to the Tate Modern for the day to see an LGBTQ+ exhibition during Pride month, etc. )
  • Great experience and progression. A place with a great reputation as a genuinely lovely place to work.
The Role

Seeking an experienced Marketing Manager or strong Senior Marketing Executive ready to step into a 360° digital and brand role. You'll manage the company's online presence, plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns, and support our brand evolution and website redevelopment projects.

This role requires someone who can hold their own in senior meetings, present confidently, work with councillors and political stakeholders, and communicate complex housing and planning messages with clarity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead digital marketing, including social media (especially LinkedIn), content creation, analytics and reporting.
  • Drive B2B and corporate communications, representing the client in meetings with senior partners, planning teams and political stakeholders.
  • Support major brand projects, including website redevelopment and messaging.
  • Manage development marketing campaigns, digital assets, brochures and listings.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, freelancers and external partners.
  • Produce high‑quality copywriting for digital channels, press materials and long‑form content.
  • Oversee CRM and email marketing (Mailchimp), ensuring campaigns are targeted and compliant.
  • Attend on‑site visits across London and support occasional weekend events.
You’ll need:
  • Experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, or Senior Marketing Executive.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate confidently in corporate, political or public‑facing environments.
  • Proven experience in social media management, content strategy and digital campaign planning.
  • Excellent copywriting, brand storytelling and project‑management skills.
  • Comfortable with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, CMS/website platforms and CRM systems.
  • Someone curious, proactive and able to work independently and think strategically.
  • Sector experience welcome but not essential (property, housing, regeneration, real estate, hospitality, cultural or corporate sectors all considered).
