Puffy is a Top 5 US mattress brand with 100% YoY growth since 2016, recognized as a Great Place to Work. This role is for a D2C performance marketer ready to own Meta and multi-channel paid strategies that drive 8‑figure revenue impact.
You’ll launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms while strategically contributing to Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email channels. You’ll work alongside our Forbes Council member CEO to architect the next generation of our digital acquisition engine.

1. Own Multi‑Channel Strategy with Revenue Accountability
Most marketing roles give you execution tasks and KPIs without context. Here you own revenue outcomes across multiple channels with direct leadership access.
