A successful financial technology company is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead (SEO & PPC) to join their marketing team.

This is a hybrid role – two days per week in their Central London office and three days working from home.

As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will take ownership of the strategic development and operational excellence of the core digital marketing channels to elevate digital presence and performance. You will manage a small team of two and report to the Customer Marketing Director. This role suits someone who enjoys both technical and strategic aspects of digital marketing.

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading strategic planning for all digital channels, including identifying emerging trends and technologies.
  2. Driving the development and optimisation of the website, focusing on UX/UI, SEO, conversion rates, and content effectiveness.
  3. Managing the marketing technology (MarTech) stack.
  4. Overseeing the strategy and execution of PPC, digital display, email marketing, and in-app marketing.
  5. Handling reporting, measurement, digital budget management, and acting as the brand champion to ensure brand guideline adherence.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in digital roles, with exposure to website building and management, a passion for website development, and creating customer journeys. Experience with PPC, digital advertising, content management systems, SEO, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is essential.

The salary ranges from £60,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with an excellent benefits package including private healthcare, enhanced sick leave, maternity and paternity leave, a training budget, and wellbeing perks such as manicures, massages, and barbers in-office.
