Overview

A successful financial technology company are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead (SEO & PPC) to join the marketing team.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the strategic development and operational excellence of the core digital marketing channels to elevate digital presence and performance.
  • Manage a small team of two and report into the Customer Marketing Director.
  • Lead the strategic planning for all digital channels – identify emerging digital trends and technologies and drive the strategic development and optimisation of the website with a focus on UX/UI, SEO, conversion rates and content effectiveness.
  • Take ownership of the marketing technology (MarTech) stack and oversee the strategy and execution of PPC and digital display, email marketing capabilities and in-app marketing.
  • Take ownership of reporting and measurement, management of the digital budget and act as the brand champion to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in a digital role, with exposure to website building and management and a passion for website development and creating customer journeys.
  • Experience of PPC, digital advertising, content management systems for website updates, SEO and an understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Role Details

This is a hybrid role – two days per week in their Central London office and three days per week working from home.

Salary & Benefits
