How you’ll play your part

We are looking for enthusiastic Industrial Placement students, who want to put their financial awareness, communication skills and commercial acumen to the test, to join us in our Digital Marketing, CRM & Insight team for a 12-month placement. From day one, you’ll be in the thick of it, working in a fast-paced and results-driven team, delivering on topics such as Customer Journey, Digital Communications and CX Research projects. You’ll think creatively, shape trends and deliver outstanding work.

Main Accountabilities

As a valued member of our Digital Marketing, CRM & Insight team, you will play a crucial role in supporting various initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. Your accountabilities will include:

  • Brand & Communication Compliance: Review customer communications to ensure they meet our brand guidelines, tone of voice, and consumer understanding principles.

  • Digital Asset Auditing: Conduct regular, thorough audits of brand websites and other digital tools. This involves checking copy, imagery, and formatting, and proactively documenting and raising any required changes for resolution.

  • Customer Communication Testing: Support with comprehensive testing across all communication channels, including email, SMS, and web, to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

  • Project Coordination & Briefing: Take ownership of briefing external agencies and internal stakeholders on new projects and requirements. This could range from creating new point-of-sale assets to developing CRM applications for finance retention. You’ll be responsible for writing clear briefs, tracking progress from start to finish, keeping stakeholders informed, and coordinating necessary resources.

  • Customer Feedback Analysis: Review customer feedback and produce reports, preparing concise updates and management summaries to inform strategic decisions.

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse and format data tables and outputs, identifying key trends and providing actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

About you
  • Working towards a degree in Business Management, Marketing or Project Management related subject.

  • An excellent communicator.

  • Able to challenge the norm and constantly look for improvements.

  • Competent in using all aspects of Microsoft Office and confident with general IT packages.

  • Proactive, curious to learn, and open to new ideas and perspectives.

  • Considered in your approach, supporting your peers to succeed.

  • Have a desire to work in marketing and/or the Financial Services industry.
