Join Our Client's Team as a Digital Marketing Assistant!

Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for digital marketing? Do you thrive in dynamic environments, bringing stories to life through engaging content? Our client, an esteemed educational institution, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Assistant to enhance their digital presence and make a real impact!

Position Details:

• Contract Type: Temp to Perm


• Annual Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (Some flexibility in permanent salary depending on experience)


• Hours: 8:30am - 5pm


• Flexible Working: Availability required for content shoots on weekends and evenings for events.

Your Role:

As the Digital Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, your responsibilities will include:

Content Creation & Management:

• Craft high-quality, engaging content across all digital platforms, including written word, photography, graphic design, and video production.


• Lead the creation of captivating short-form videos (reels, GIFs, trailers) that drive engagement and reflect our brand!

Social Media Management:

• Manage our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, & LinkedIn) to engage our community and attract prospective pupils.


• Develop and execute social media campaigns that boost brand awareness and support enrolment efforts.

Website Content:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to keep the school's website a digital hub for prospective parents, ensuring content is fresh and engaging.


• Optimise the site for SEO to drive audience growth and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Utilise website and social media analytics to provide regular reports, using data-driven insights to enhance our digital marketing strategy.

Event Support:

• Assist in promoting and covering key school events, creating video content that captures the essence of these occasions.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Qualifications:

• Educated to Bachelor Level or equivalent.


• At least one year of experience in digital content creation.


• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills in graphic design, photography, and video production.

(Please note an Enhanced DBS will be required for this role which we will process and pay for you.)

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in managing successful digital campaigns and effective social media utilisation.


• Familiarity with website content management systems and digital analytics tools like Google Analytics.
