Qualifications

• Experience creating digital learning content and using authoring tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consultancy skills with some project management experience.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex information clearly.
• Awareness of digital learning trends and a proactive approach to development.
• Experience in regulated or fast-paced environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to assess learning needs and design engaging digital content.
• Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Evaluate and improve learning programs using feedback and data.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver cohesive learning experiences.
• Support day-to-day LMS queries and manage relationships with suppliers.
