A leading hotel marketing agency is seeking a Head of Digital Delivery in Cheltenham, UK, for a part-time (3 days/week) position. Please note this is a part-time 12month maternity cover, working 3days per week, ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The Head of Digital Delivery is a key member of the Agency Operations Team, overseeing the execution of brand and website projects, as well as any necessary retained client projects. They will play a crucial role in optimising production workflows, ensuring seamless delivery, and maintaining high-quality output. With full autonomy, they will act as the primary feedback loop for continuous improvements in production processes, driving efficiency and innovation. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (designers, developers, copywriters, strategists), and a deep understanding of digital production, including website development, UX/UI design, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
