Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Analytics & Insights Manager to join our Site Optimisation Team. This role involves optimizing onsite customer journeys, including the shopping funnel, through site analysis, insights, and experimentation. The team formulates strategies to maximize sales, service, and conversion via site content, search, navigation, PLPs, PDPs, and cross-GM product curation.

The Digital Analytics & Insights Manager will support enhancing the digital customer experience by:

  • Providing and improving actionable reporting for digital teams
  • Monitoring and measuring the customer experience and digital activity
  • Sharing analysis and insights proactively to improve the customer journey
  • Supporting experimentation and measuring results
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Services, IT, and other Data & Analytics communities
Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of digital analytical tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio
  • Proficiency with BigQuery
  • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI
  • Positive, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented attitude
  • Strong analytical, curiosity, commercial awareness, and customer focus
  • Attention to detail with troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent influencing, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Ability to present complex data clearly and simply
  • Dashboarding skills with the ability to translate business needs into insights
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and engage with cross-functional stakeholders
