LOCALiQ, part of the Newsquest Media Group, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Media Sales Consultant to join our advertising team in Kendal. You’ll be working across some of our most recognised local brands, including The Westmorland Gazette, In-Cumbria, and News & Star, helping businesses grow through powerful advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Media Sales Consultant, you’ll be engaging with existing, lapsed, and new customers to understand their advertising and marketing needs. Using your natural communication style and the training we provide, you’ll confidently explain the benefits of our products and how they help promote events, brands, and boost online visibility.

This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of office-based and home working once training is complete. You’ll be trained to sell a range of market-leading advertising solutions, including:

• Print and online display advertising
• Facebook advertising
• Video marketing services

All calls are unscripted, giving you the freedom to bring your personality and style to every conversation.
