Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with experience in Diabetes services including insulin pumps.
• Ability to provide expert dietary advice to patients with diabetes.
• Experience in multidisciplinary team working and patient management.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert Diabetes dietary advice to patients and their carers.
• Lead and coordinate the Insulin Pump service for the Trust.
• Manage a caseload autonomously and provide education on diabetes management.
