DevOps Engineer (GitHub / Azure DevOps)

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps. The DevOps Engineer will work closely with development and cloud teams to implement secure, automated, and efficient build and release workflows.

The candidate will support organization-wide DevSecOps initiatives and ensure modern deployment practices are consistently applied.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate expertise in CI/CD pipeline design, automation, containerization, and DevOps best practices with a strong security emphasis.
  • Build, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps for application and infrastructure deployments.
  • Integrate automated testing, security scanning, and compliance checks into DevSecOps workflows.
  • Design and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) to automate infrastructure provisioning.
  • Setup development tools, runners, artifact repositories, and deployment environments.
  • Support version control workflows, branching strategies, and release management processes.
  • Collaborate with developers and cloud teams to streamline deployment and operational readiness.
  • Troubleshoot pipeline issues, optimize build times, and ensure high availability of CI/CD services.
  • Maintain documentation, UAT support, and DevOps process improvements.
Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Information Science or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of DevOps engineering experience.
  • Strong hands‑on experience in GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of YAML, Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Experience with SAST/DAST, dependency scanning, and DevSecOps toolchains.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL concepts (Change/Incident/Problem).
