We have a fantastic opportunity for a Development Lead to join our Adult Social Care Team at Wokingham Borough Council on a full-time, permanent basis.
In this role, you will lead the development and improvement of our Adult Social Care case management system, Mosaic, ensuring it is used effectively and supports staff and residents in the best possible way. Working closely with the Adult Social Care Development and Insight Manager, you will enhance Mosaic’s functionality, improve user experience, and strengthen the quality of management information required for statutory reporting and informed decision-making.
You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve systems and business processes across Adult Social Care—defining requirements, proposing practical solutions, and helping shape how the service uses its digital tools to deliver better outcomes.
