A leading technology firm in Hatfield is looking for an experienced Development Engineer to join their DevOps team. The role requires strong database knowledge, ideally in SQL Server and MySQL, alongside expertise in Node.js frameworks like React, Next.js, and Nest.js. Initially, the position will be based on-site for 5 days, transitioning to a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The salary offered is up to £47,000 plus benefits.

Do you have strong Database knowledge, preferably SQL Server and/or MySQL, with proven skills in Node.js frameworks such as React, Next.js & Nest.js and 3rd Party API Integrations & API Development experience with the latest technologies? Then we have an exciting opportunity with a blue chip client in Hatfield, Herts.

Responsibilities

They are looking for a Development Engineer to join their DevOps team, you will play a pivotal role and in their development team.

The role will initially be 5 days per week in their Hatfield office but then moving to 3 days office based and 2 days remote working once settled in to the team.

Qualifications

Candidates should be within sensible commuting distance (ideally by car) of Hatfield, you will also need full UK working status to be considered as unfortunately they are unable to offer any form sponsorship.
