Job summary

About The Role

As a Designer at Origin Coffee, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our brand identity across print, digital, packaging, and campaign channels. You’ll create high-quality, brand-led work that reflects our values of speciality coffee, sustainability, and cultural connection.

Working closely with the Head of Creative and the wider marketing team, you’ll bring ideas to life through thoughtful design and a strong sense of craft. You’ll balance creative flair with precision, helping to ensure every touchpoint, from packaging to digital campaigns, feels unmistakably Origin.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver creative assets across digital, print, packaging, and experiential channels.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Creative and marketing teams on brand campaigns and launches.
  • Support the development of design systems and brand toolkits for consistency.
  • Contribute ideas during creative concepting sessions and explore new visual opportunities.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery, maintaining high standards throughout.
  • Provide guidance to the junior designer and uphold clear creative processes.
About You
  • 3–5 years’ professional design experience in an agency, brand, or in‑house creative environment.
  • Strong design craft across typography, layout, and brand systems.
  • Confident in taking ideas from concept through to final delivery.
  • Experience creating content for web, social, email, packaging, and print.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills (Premiere, After Effects) are a plus.
  • Calm under pressure, curious about design trends, and collaborative by nature.
