They are now recruiting for a Design Technician with exceptional 2D drafting capability to join a very experienced team of Design Managers and Senior Design Managers and their associated team designers.
You will be working in an extremely supportive office as part of a team of dedicated system partitioning specialists.
You will work on a variety of nationwide projects up to £8m in value.
Working in this fast‑paced environment, the Design Technician will become involved in core projects in workplace fit‑out.
The job predominately involves creating 2D Section details, elevations, manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD software.
Scheduling of materials and componentry.
The ideal Design Technician will be enthusiastic, with a keen interest in design and the workplace fit‑out environment, and with a willingness to develop their skills. A natural tendency to have a high attention to detail and highly organised working process will be required.

Minimum of 3 years working within the workplace interior fit‑out arena for leading main contractors essential.
Direct experience of having worked with system partitioning, drylining, ceilings or high‑end joinery desirable.
Background in construction and architecture an advantage.
