A leading construction and development firm in Birmingham is offering a Graduate Design & Technical Pathway program for aspiring technical managers and engineers. This 18-month pathway includes rotations in various business areas to build a comprehensive understanding of technical roles. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and a valid driver's license. This Pathway Includes Rotations Within the Business Areas Below, All Constructed With Key Learning Objectives In Mind To Equip With You All Of The Knowledge You Need
Based in our Birmingham office from September 2026, you’ll rotate through all these areas across the 18 month programme, starting and finishing within the Technical department. During your final rotation, transition talks are held with the possible opportunity to transition into the technical team once all of rotations have been completed, taking the next step onto the Design & Technical career path.

All we ask is that you have a relevant degree at 2:2 or above and due to the nature of the position, there will be some travel required, therefore you must hold a valid drivers license.
