Quality Design Engineer – Broughton | Up to £34 per hour Inside IR35

iO Associates is seeking a Quality Design Engineer for the Broughton site. You will join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. This role offers a chance to contribute to innovative projects within a dynamic team shaping the future of aviation and space systems.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Quality Engineering Wing organisation to drive improvement projects, resolve quality issues, and ensure engineering deliverables meet Airbus standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams applying root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications

• Previous Airbus experience (mandate).
• Strong Quality and/or Engineering experience.
• Programme management experience highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
