Ridgeway & Co are seeking an inspirational Design Manager with a keen eye for detail and strong expertise in construction technology to join our growing team at an exciting stage of business expansion.

We are looking for a proven professional with experience delivering projects up to £20m, ideally within the industrial and fit‑out sectors. The successful candidate will combine strong design leadership with hands‑on technical experience to ensure high-quality, efficient project delivery.

Role Overview

As Design Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial design coordination through to handover and aftercare. You will be a key member of the project delivery team, ensuring design excellence and technical compliance throughout.
