Are you looking to work in a busy and developing environment of Theatres? We are currently recruiting a deputy theatre charge nurse/ODP to work at the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust Goole site. We are seeking individuals with a dynamic approach, commitment, drive and enthusiasm who will be encouraged to work as part of a strong team and contribute to developing the service.
The Humber Health Partnership is one of the largest acute and community Partnership arrangements in the NHS, seeing well over one million patients each year and managing a budget of over £1.3 billion. It is made up of two Trusts — Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust (NLAG) and Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (HUTH). The Partnership employs nearly 20,000 staff across five main hospital sites: Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, Scunthorpe General Hospital and Goole and District Hospital (NLAG); Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital (HUTH). Teaching Hospitals collaborate with Hull York Medical School and contribute to research across various areas.
We are keen to offer and encourage flexible working opportunities to support health, wellbeing and work-life balance, which positively impacts care. Flexible working is part of a wider commitment to improve working life and helps recruitment and retention. We support open conversations around working patterns to suit work-life balance or a multi-role career where feasible.
Local flexible working arrangements are developed in partnership between the line manager and the employee to ensure equality of access to flexible working, considering patient/service user and staff experience, service delivery and work-life balance across roles, shift patterns and teams.
We are committed to a fair and supportive working environment where contributions are recognised and valued. We promote the physical and mental health and well-being of all staff, underpinning our NHS Constitution values and supporting employment of choice.
