Deputy Store Manager

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Deputy Store Manager (DepSM) has the following responsibilities:

Store ready for customer

  • A 100% sales-ready store at all times (inside and outside areas)
  • Seasonal changes
  • Store concept
  • Space Management
  • Ready for campaign
  • Activity areas

Staff ready for customer

  • JYSK Sales & Service performance in the whole store
  • Introduce and develop
  • Staff registration
  • Training and information (staff meetings, MYJYSK, operational board and in store training)
  • Task planning, prioritization, delegation and follow up

Optimize store operation

  • Key figures follow-up and actions
  • Cash procedures
  • Back office
  • SAO
  • Administrative routines
  • Training of and information to other staff
  • Read news and conduct tasks from MYJYSK

Shift manager

  • Daily operation in the store when the store manager is absent
