A leading grocery retailer in the UK is looking for a Deputy Store Manager to oversee operations and motivate the team. You will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with health and safety standards. As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you'll be cool, calm and collected, getting stuck in on the shop floor and behind the scenes. From managing cash processes and monitoring stock integrity to inspiring your colleagues, you'll play a huge part in creating a place where you and your whole team can do your best work.
