Job description

We’re seeking talented Project Managers to join a fast-paced and highly creative design studio in London—ideal for architects who thrive on complexity, collaboration, and making ambitious ideas happen.

This role is a great next step for a Project Architect who’s been leading teams, coordinating programmes, and managing scopes—and now wants to transition fully into project management.

In this studio, design drives everything. As a Project Manager, you’ll be a steady presence in a dynamic environment—working alongside design and technical leads to guide exceptional ideas from concept through to completion. You'll manage scopes, coordinate timelines, balance resourcing and budgets, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients and consultants.

You’ll bring an architectural background with hands-on project management experience, and the confidence to drive delivery without being immersed in day-to-day design decisions. No two projects are the same, so adaptability and curiosity are essential.

Expect a collaborative environment with mentorship, growth opportunities, and exposure to varied typologies and project scales. You’ll help shape delivery strategies, share lessons across teams, and play a vital role in delivering innovative and exciting architecture.

What you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior Project Architect or leadership role

  • Proven ability to manage teams, clients, consultants, and deliverables

  • A degree and master’s in architecture (or similar)
