🚨 We’re recruiting for an experienced Deputy Operations Manager to join a rapidly expanding Complex Care provider based in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role with real influence across community-based services for adults and children with complex clinical needs.

Responsibilities
  • 🔹 Oversee day-to-day delivery and performance of complex care packages
  • 🔹 Lead on service quality monitoring, governance, and auditing
  • 🔹 Support and mentor Care Coordinators, Nurses, and Team Leaders across regions
  • 🔹 Build strong relationships with commissioners, ICBs, and healthcare partners
  • 🔹 Support new package setups, staff onboarding, and ongoing service development
  • 🔹 Contribute to safeguarding investigations and continuous quality improvement
