We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Nursing Home Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our small nursing home, which specializes in elderly care, dementia, and nursing care. The successful candidate will work closely with the Nursing Home Manager to ensure the delivery of high‑quality care and services to residents, while also managing staff and resources efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Nursing Home Manager in the overall management and leadership of the nursing home.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards of care.
  • Support the development and implementation of care plans for residents.
  • Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Handle administrative duties, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
