Overview

Responsibilities
  • Supervising and supporting staff to ensure excellent care delivery
  • Managing staffing levels and overseeing schedules to meet the needs of the home.
  • Contributing to audits and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and CQC requirements.
  • Providing personal care and supernumerary support when needed
Qualifications
  • Prior experience at Team Leader or Senior Support Worker level.
  • A good understanding of medication handling.
  • Competent IT skills.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification) is especially advantageous.
  • Successful candidates must obtain an Enhanced DBS Certificate.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.

Compensation & Benefits

£16.34 per hour, 37.5 hours per week, working to a rota covering 7 days per week.
